Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Sugar Locks is a custom made to order website, therefore we do not accept refunds or returns.   If there is an issue with your order or a mistake made on our part please contact us within 3 business days after you receive your order.   We will make sure it is corrected.
