Returns

Return Policy is as follows
 
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order!  If something does arise a misspelling, flaw in the merchandise then here are the ways Sugar Locks will resolve the issue:

There are NO cash refunds and personalized items unless damaged can not be returned. 
 
Sugar Locks does not return personalized merchandise unless an error has been made on our part.  If an error is made on our part the buyer must contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item.  The item will be remade exactly how it was ordered--same size, color, style, design, etc.  If for some reason it is past the date when you needed it by a store credit will be given.  When receiving the new item a return shipping label will be included at our expense.  Please return promptly by placing the item in the returned item's box and affix the label.  Leave in the mailbox with your flag up and your mailman will return the item back to us.  If the item is not received in 7 days from the return received a charge will be issued either through paypal or credit card.
 
If for some reason there is a flawed/damaged item when received the buyer is to contact us describe the issue with the merchandise and further action will be taken either a replacement will be sent or a store credit if the merchadise is no longer available. 
 
If a non personalized item is ordered and it is not what you expected the buyer must contact us within 3 days for a return authorization number.  The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.  Store credit will be given to use on a future purchase.
